Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Window
* Standard Bookings: Full refund if cancelled 48-72 hours before check-in (minus a small processing fee).
* Non-Refundable Deals: Special “Deep Discount” bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI/Credit Card/Bank Account) within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund on Direct-Tie up Issues
In the rare event that a hotel denies entry despite a confirmed booking from our platform, [Your Website Name] will provide a 100% refund or arrange an alternative stay of equal value.
